Rackspace Hosting (NYSE:RAX) fell 5.5% on Friday following insider selling activity, AnalystRatings.Net reports. The stock traded as low as $27.38 and last traded at $27.40, with a volume of 1,544,339 shares. The stock had previously closed at $28.98.

Specifically, Director Graham M. Weston acquired 85,500 shares of the company's stock in a transaction that occurred on Tuesday, August 25th. The stock was bought at an average price of $29.24 per share, for a total transaction of $2,500,020.00.
